MG started his career as a trainee in Hindustan Lever and then branched out to various functions in strategy and corporate finance. He has been associated with companies like KPMG, Cadburys, Johnson, Searle India, CMS Computers and Midday.

He was the MD & CEO of Midday and was rated amongst the top 100 media professionals in the country by media magazines and websites. He was the first to sell cross media packages in India and championed many changes in the Media industry as an executive member of the Indian Newspaper Society. He has many firsts to his credit. He was amongst the earliest people to imbibe the digital and dotcom mantra and was in the core team to establish one of the first B2B ecommerce sites in India. He was the first to introduce QR codes in the print media in India. He has front ended numerous financial deals and has run the media business for Midday. He was the architect of one of the first FDI in the FM radio space when he closed the deal with BBC. He also orchestrated the merger of Midday with the Jagran group. He has been a speaker in several international conferences, has written for several newspapers and magazines and has been a visiting faculty to management colleges.
MG is an MBA, Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, Company Secretary, Bachelor of Commerce and a member of CISI (London).
After working in diverse industries on the finance and business side for more than two decades, MG remains an innovator at heart.

Aashit Hathi has over 14 years of experience in IT Operations, Administration, Delivery, Vendor Management, System Implementation, Data Centre / Helpdesk & Infrastructure Management

& also has a hands-on experience in Project Management Life Cycle including project planning, scheduling & negotiations, project progress monitoring and delivery as per quality and time norms. Prior to Orion Consulting, Aashit had been associated with Media Lounge Pvt. Ltd.,

Wipro InfoTech and Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd. and MIDDAY Infomedia Ltd.; responsible for complete IT/ Digital operation and Infrastructure. (Digital, Radio as well as Print). Aashit is graduated from Sikkim Manipal University also He is a Certified Microsoft Engineer, ITIL and PRINCE2 (Accredited by APMG UK)

Ashwini is a Digital Marketing Specialist responsible for developing & executing overall strategy for Social Media. She has more than three years of experience In Digital Marketing. She plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

Manish Aggarwal is  passionate about his work and a go getter.   He has 33years of experience in sales &marketing puts sincere efforts in whatever he does. He is also a singer.

Viswanathan V is the Chairman & Managing Director of Vithoba Media Communications Dubai. Viswanathan is a veteran in Human Resource Management and he was the ex- owner of SOS Recruitment Consultants, UAE (a HR company, a pioneer since 1975 and now the leader of the industry). He is a graduate and a certified Talent Assessor. He has many business verticals in the Middle East. He is based in Dubai & Abu Dhabi for the last 17 years. Jyot is first generation entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in Finance, Banking & Management Consulting. He started his career with MNC based in Baroda and gradually shifted to Banking domain where lastly he worked with Kotak Mahindra Bank at Senior Position handling various products in Retail Loans and Retails SME. He is active in domains like Investment Banking, Fund Raising and Management consulting since Dec 2013 and as of date managed to help businesses to raise funds of more than INR 400Mn. He has been instrumental in handling independent assignments for Valuation of Shares & Due diligence activities. Jyot is qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Member of Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF) and CIMA Adv Dip MA (UK). He is active in writing blogs, write ups etc in the areas of Personal Finance, Start-ups, Project Finance etc with various online portals.
